ByteDance has started rolling out its new AI video model, Dreamina Seedance 2.0, inside CapCut. On paper, that sounds like another big AI launch in an already crowded market. That is encouraging, but the practical questions stay stubbornly human. Did you have permission to use that image, product shot or voice in the first place? Are you creating something that could confuse customers about what is real footage and what is synthetic? If a client gives you brand assets, do their rights actually cover AI-generated derivatives?
